Adjustments to hair services are offered within SEVEN days of the service date.

Any colour services are eligible for corrections when supported by the use of recommended home care products. Within 7 days of original service date.

We accept exchanges on Davines Product for up to 7 days following the original purchase date. (No Cash Refunds, Store credit or exchange only)

We accept exchanges on Aveda Product for up to 14 days following the original purchase date. (No Cash Refunds, Store credit or exchange only)

All tools sales are final.

Cancellation Policy & Guest Policy.

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

We ask that you do not bring any guests or children to your appointment. We are set up for One-on-One service. To Ensure comfort and relaxation of all clients we Thank You for respecting our Policy.
